Your mission is to manage client relationships at WebScaleLabs and ensure every client receives a smooth, professional, and results-focused experience. As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between clients and internal teams, making sure projects stay aligned, communication remains clear, and the work delivered supports the client’s business goals.
You will be responsible for building strong client partnerships, understanding client needs, coordinating with specialists, and maintaining the standard of quality that WebScaleLabs promises. If you believe great account management is about building trust, creating clarity, and helping clients achieve meaningful growth, this role is for you.
Your Role
Account Manager
As an Account Manager at WebScaleLabs, you will own the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the main connection between clients and internal teams. You will ensure clients receive a professional experience, communication stays aligned, and projects move forward smoothly while supporting the agency’s goal of building long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate has experience managing client relationships within a marketing or creative agency, understands how digital projects are delivered, communicates clearly with both clients and internal teams, and has the ability to build trust while identifying opportunities for growth.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of account management or client success experience within a marketing agency or creative services environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and project timelines.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and manage client expectations.
- Experience using project management tools to track deliverables, deadlines, and workflows.
- Ability to handle client concerns and escalations professionally under pressure.
- Full availability without conflicting full-time commitments.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing communication, expectations, and relationships.
- Lead client onboarding and kickoff meetings to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and projects stay aligned.
- Review client deliverables before delivery to ensure quality and alignment with the agreed brief.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate any delays or concerns to the relevant teams.
- Prepare monthly client reports summarising progress, results, and upcoming plans in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
Don't Apply If
- You have no experience in an agency or client-facing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of client relationships and commercial context.
- You struggle to manage multiple client relationships and projects without becoming disorganised.
- You avoid difficult conversations or cannot communicate clearly when handling client concerns.
- Your written English is not at a professional level, as every client communication represents the agency.
- You focus only on completing tasks rather than building strong client relationships and understanding client goals.
